However, as a nurse, I have often felt that I was doing a disservice to my patients and their families by not having more time to spend with them.

I have often wished I could do more, spend more time with them and follow their progression after they leave the hospital. I want to be the one that everyone looks up to. The one who always wants to help and was always there when you needed someone. Tasks on becoming a registered nurse involves a lot of interaction towards patients and other healthcare…. Teamwork is essential in this field, I and my colleagues work together to provide the best assistance and care to our patients. I carry my enthusiastic attitude around everywhere I go and I show my colleagues the utter most respect. I find satisfaction in my job and I strive to attain greater heights as time proceeds. I possess great interactive skills and I use this to brighten up a patient's day. I am excited and prepared to pursue nursing as a life changing career that will contribute to the welfare of others. Each of these patients are to be treated with autonomy, beneficence, justice, and veracity.

There are many jobs the nurse has to do but looking at the whole picture of the patient while advocating and educating seems to be one of the most…. Although I have significant space for improvement in all areas I am confident my skills will only become stronger with each interaction. Each aspect and capacity of communication I discussed is intertwined with the components of relational practice, those of which carried my friend from a dark place of pain and suffering to healing and acceptance. As a nurse, I want to strive to determinedly incorporate each of the aspects into all of my interpersonal, intrapersonal and contextual relations.

I want the individuals I interact with to feel heard, understood and supported throughout their transitions and hardships. Health promotion includes illness prevention and health related behavior modification or patients to increase their quality of life, by inhibiting the development of chronic illnesses and limiting possible financial burdens. Vision for myself as a nurse The vision for myself as a nurse is always encourages healing, wellness and creating positive experiences for my patients and their family members. My goal is to always provide the patient respect, make them feel comfortable, and create trust with each other, meet their needs, answer their question, and being an advocate for them.

My patients will not experience loss of control during their hospitalization, instead they will always be included in their care plan, and their feedback will be acknowledge, to hopefully convert this hospital experience into a positive experience. All of these aspects have formed my nursing philosophy.
